Jeremy was born and raised in Pasadena, California. His love of basketball began at six years of age, with his mom taking him to play in various youth leagues.
?Later, Jeremy was selected three times All California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) at Maranatha High School in Pasadena. Jeremy went to Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California where he became the most accomplished point guard in Pepperdine history, as well as graduating with a degree in advertising.
Jeremy is still the current all-time leader in assists, after breaking a record that stood for 33 years. He holds the second highest all-time record in steals and the fourth highest all-time three pointers made. Jeremy went on to play professionally in Cyprus and England, and became the Vice President of basketball training company The Secret Trainer with his friend and colleague Mike Teller.

In 2021, Jeremy joined the Golden Knight coaching staff to offer his experience, perseverance, passion and enthusiasm and is as an elite trainer through his company Major Hoops Skills Training.Â
